Care Finders Total Care Names Kathy DiBenedetto as Chief Human Resource Officer

New Seasoned Strategic CHRO to Prepare the Company for its Next Phase of Transformational Grow

Care Finders Total Care, one of the leading home healthcare companies in New Jersey and Connecticut announced today that Kathy DiBenedetto has joined the company in the newly created role of chief human resources officer (CHRO). With extensive experience in global HR management as both an external consultant and in-house Change-Agent, spanning multiple industries: government, telecommunications, finance, and consumer package goods, DiBenedetto will be instrumental in enabling CareFinders to support the increasing requirements of this fast-growth organization.

DiBenedetto’s top priorities will be to accelerate the company’s ability to meet its growth goals by further distinguishing CareFinders as the innovative employer of choice in the rapidly expanding Home Healthcare Services industry. With workforce demands at an all-time high, CareFinders is committed to transforming Home Health into a desirable and respected employee experience through human insight, superior technology and innovation in training and education. In her new role, DiBenedetto will oversee CareFinders’ human resources organization with responsibility for setting the company strategies for talent acquisition, training and development; employee relations, compensation and benefits; diversity; organization planning and effectiveness; HR legal and regulatory compliance; employee engagement and Performance Rewards program, and performance management. She will also be a member of CareFinders’ Executive Leadership Team.
